What sets the price of a porta potty rental?
Five things set the price of a porta potty rental: the unit type, how long you keep it, how often it is serviced, the distance from Fort Wayne to your site, and how many units you order. Same-day delivery and holiday weekends add cost because they take a truck off its planned route.
- Unit type: standard costs least; flushing, accessible and trailers cost more.
- Rental length: 3 days or less is event pricing; longer is per 28 days.
- Servicing: weekly is included; extra visits are $85.
- Distance: free inside 25 miles; $2 per mile past that.
- Quantity: 5+ event units or 3+ long-term units get a lower per-unit rate.
What does a real quote look like?
A real quote lists every line before you pay. Example: a 150-guest, 5-hour wedding with a bar in Leo-Cedarville needs 5 standard units, 1 wheelchair-accessible unit and 2 hand wash stations: $1,245 + $349 + $398 = $1,992 before the multi-unit discount and 7% Indiana sales tax.
| Line | Example amount |
|---|---|
| 5 standard units × $249 | $1,245 |
| 1 wheelchair-accessible unit | $349 |
| 2 hand wash stations × $199 | $398 |
| Delivery and pickup (inside 25 miles) | Included |
| Subtotal before discount and tax | $1,992 |

Is it cheaper to rent by the week, month or event?
For 3 days or less, the $249 event price is cheapest. For 4 to 28 days, the long-term rate of $199 plus a $95 delivery fee ($294 for the first cycle) is cheaper than two event rentals. For jobs longer than 28 days, each extra cycle costs $199.
How much is a porta potty for one day?
A one-day rental costs the same as a weekend: $249 plus tax for a standard unit, delivered before the event and picked up the next business day.
How much is a porta potty per month?
A standard jobsite or long-term unit costs $199 per 28-day cycle with weekly service, plus a one-time $95 delivery and pickup fee. The first cycle is $294 plus tax; each cycle after that is $199 plus tax.
Does the price include delivery and pickup?
Event prices include delivery and pickup inside Allen County. Long-term rentals have one $95 delivery and pickup fee, charged once. Sites more than 25 miles from Fort Wayne add a mileage charge of $2 per mile past 25, shown on your quote.
If I only need it for two weeks, do I still pay for 28 days?
Jobsite rentals have a 28-day minimum, so a 2-week job pays for one cycle. For jobs of 7 days or less, an event-style rental at $249 is usually cheaper. Ask and we will price both.
Do you give a discount for more than one unit?
Orders of 5 or more units for one event, and contractors with 3 or more units on long-term rentals, get a lower per-unit price on the quote. Call with your count and dates.
Are nonprofits and churches exempt from sales tax?
Tax-exempt churches, schools and nonprofits pay no sales tax when they send a valid Indiana ST-105 or Ohio exemption certificate before delivery.
